- Get a violin tuner this has
the same tuning as the mandolin.
- Turn the tuner so when you
play a string it picks the sound up.
- Play the eighth string and
tighten until the light says it is tuned to G. Repeat this with the
seventh string.
- Do the same with sixth and
fifth but to the note of D.
- The same with the fourth and
third but to the note of A.
- And then the same with second
and first but to the note of E.
- Your ready to play have fun.
